WiFi Connection Issues

After the recent update, the keyboard for the wifi password can only be used via the phone app and it does not connect. Where did the keyboard input using the television remote go? I can only input numbers.

55" TV has the same outside dimensions as our old 46" so it fit perfectly in the same space. Great picture and features. Only con id no composite RCA type inputs, so I had to buy a composite to HDMI adaptor.

Purchased a month ago...my first smart tv...still learning...did not give highest rating as I have to unplug tv every time I want to tether via hotspot on my smartphone...hopefully this will improve?

I love everything about this TV. If it has a con it would be the sound. I bought the Sony sound bar speaker with wireless subwoofer that's made for this TV. It's the same model as the TV. Buy together and it's truly awesome!
