Excellent cook top with a recurring defect .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the new cook top. Looks great and works as it should. The problem is with the control knobs. The knob shafts crack and you can't turn the gas on or off. One cracked two weeks after we purchased it with light use. This has been a ongoing problem with this model for a long time. I can't be leave a design change hasen't been made to fix a known defect. So far that has been the only issue.

Love the 15,000 BTU burner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it because we are getting ready to sell our house and we were doing home improvements. We wish that we had bought it sooner. It looks awesome, is easy to clean and boils water twice as fast as our old cooktop. We were worried because it cost so much less than others and they say "you get what you pay for" but we are not disappointed. We highly recommend this to anyone. If we need a new cooktop at our next house this will be the one we buy.

It does its job with some annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it almost 9 months ago. Nice cooktop. We use it regularly especially with the pandemic and whole family at home.
The major gripe I have is the middle burner will not always light up automatically when the knob is turned. The spark from the automatic starter will be there and then we have to turn it off and back in multiple times or forced to use a match stick or manual lighter. Very frustrating.
One of the knob broke like 2 weeks ago, contacted the place where I bought it from and they said they have to order from manufacturer and it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Patiently waiting for the knob into the 3rd week.
Otherwise It works well .

Great Look & Perfect Finish To Our New Kitchen

We had been looking for a white five burner gas cooktop with good grate coverage. Sorry to learn that this model has been discontinued in white. So glad we found a unit before they were all gone. This stove has the best arrangement for 5 burners. You get 4 different sizes of burners not the usual three.
