Like everyone else, the knobs are already broken…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knobs are made to be pushed in before turning. If turned ever so slightly without pushing down (or pushing down not enough) the plastic collar cracks and breaks rendering them wobbly and eventually useless. If they haven’t updated to meta collars by now this problem will never go away. Our mother and nephew have each broken one and it’s only been 6 months.

Same knob issues

2 of the 5 knobs are broken. The other s are cracked so I have taped them so they will last. Disappointing these are made of plastic

Replacement knobs broke again!

Just got new knobs and the last one broke today.... They only last about 6 months to a year. Don't buy Frigidaire!

Clearly you know these knobs are defective

Purchased this cooktop for our new home because we loved our last one from the Pro series so much! The cooktop works fine when you can turn it on....as ALL 5 of our knobs are broken. Honestly Frigidaire you know this is a problem and we need a solution that won't break in a few months. This is a beautiful cooktop and cleans easy~ please fix your flaw.

Knobs are terrible

I now have 2 knobs to turn my burners on. Terrible material used for knobs. Knobs should be recalled and replaced you clearing have some idea of the problem with all the other bad reviews.

Knobs break easily

Plastic knobs that look like stainless but are plastic. The stems crack easily making them useless and replacements are impossible to find at a reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop is wonderful. It looks elegant, always lights quickly and is easy to adjust and clean. The burner placement is great, with enough space between the burners to allow for large pots. Several people have complained that the knobs break - I can't imagine why, unless they are forcing the knobs in the wrong direction
