ITHE WORSE STOVE TOP EVER

If you bought this stove top it is absolute trash, never buying from from Frigidaire, they are the worse company I ever had to deal with, all their appliances belong in the trash, haven’t even had my stove a month and all the buttons fell off, honestly Frigidaire belongs in the trash, they make you jump through hoops to get to your warranty and it’s obvious why it they do this because they know there appliances suck and your gonna find yourself calling warranty so they make it impossible for you

Cheap plastic knobs broke within 2 months

The plastic connector on the back of the knobs have all broken within less than 2 months. Cheap materials, and the replacement parts cost a fortune.

Poor Quality Knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every single one of my knobs over the past 6 months have broken. They are also very expensive to replace. Are the replacement knobs just as poorly made? Will this become an ongoing issue. I am down to my last, fully functioning knob and cant really afford to replace all of them at the over the top price being charged. I used to love Frigidaire even though most of my friends said stay away, I didn't listen. Now here I am. Stay clear of this cooktop.

Knobs broken

I wish i would have read the reviews about the knobs breaking and how many others have been affected by such a poor product. I have 1 knob that’s not broken and I believe it’s because I rarely use that burner. Very unhappy that this product is still available, should be recalled years ago. Like everyone else “DO NOT BUY”. A set of knobs can’t fix this problem… an annual set might not even be good

Cheap, easily breakable knobs

The knobs are cheap and break easily. Frigidaire would not replace, and the knobs are expensive to replace via 3rd party. I do not recommend purchasing a Frigidaire product.

Bad knobs

I bought the FFGC3626SS 36" gas stove within a few months 3 knobs broke. We need to file consumer complaints or class action law suit. Im going to talk to my nephew and his wife who are attorneys. I bet they would want to litigate against this big industry manufacturer who takes our mony for a brand new product that almost 100% of the time need replacement knobs that cost half of the orignal investment of the appliance.
