Like many other reviewers, we have had a very poor experience with the dials on the range. They are extremely low quality and break easily. Frigidaire sent us a full set of replacement dials after the first set all broke, but the new set also broke after about a year of use. We are new homeowners, and this experience has left us disappointed with Frigidaire and unlikely ever to purchase another Frigidaire product.

Good heat distribution and easy to clean - cheap knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two of these stovetops for our new kitchen, and have been overall satisfied. However, as expressed by other reviewers, the knobs on this model are extremely cheaply made and most broke within the first month or two. We are currently down to four knobs between the two stovetops, and wish they were made with higher quality, or could more easily be replaced

Knobs need improvement

I’ve owned the cooktop for less than 2 years and I getting ready to purchase my THIRD set of knobs. At the price of each, I’m almost better off getting a new different brand cooktop. The kicker is that I hardly use the darn thing. It’s disappointing.

Avoid!!

Purchased and after a few months the knobs broke.. One knob broke, then the second and now all knobs are broken. The product description says "stainless steal knobs" but these are 100% plastic except for a small metal clip so completely false advertisement.

Knobs are horrible

I’ve had this cooktop for about a year and all the knobs are broken. These should be more durable. I doubt I’ll buy another fridgidaire product if this is the qualifying the products they produce

It's trash

I didn't have a choice on this range because my builder had already installed it but I knew exactly what I was getting into based on the reviews. Less than two months in and two of the knobs are broken even after being treated incredibly gently since I knew they were fragile.

All knobs have broken and replacements are hard to find and expensive

Similar to the above reviews. All our knobs broken within 2 months. I tried to reinforce the plastic with wire and tape, but they still cracked.
