Excellent but be careful while handwashing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best part is that it comes apart for cleaning. It’s also super sharp, so much so that I cut my thumb on the blade while washing it before the first use. Be very careful while washing!

Perfect for kitchen use

Love that they can be separated for washing. They are very sharp and cut foods well. This is the 6th pair I own because I use them so frequently my earlier pairs are getting dull. Not sure if they can be sharpened.
