Returning - HP has not restored my faith

I've owned a few HP laptops over the years, and generally did not have good experiences. However, this one seemed to have the features that I wanted in a sleek package, so I decided to take a risk and try them again.
The only thing I can say, is that I'm glad HP has a good return policy.
After taking the laptop out of the box, two rubber feet immediately fell off! Not a good sign.
I hated the fit and finish of the laptop. it was uncomfortable to type on, and even worse to use the track pad. As for actual computing, it seemed to have less bloatware than previous HPs I've owned, but it seemed abnormally laggy considering the specs. Also, while doing regular scrolling on web pages, it would get stuck in that mode, so I couldn't use the pointer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
