Lint trap nightmare, heavy smell of gas when in use. Service guy stated 10’ vent run to long

The lint trap is a nightmare to deal with!!!!!

In the beginning first week there was a real heavy gas smell. The technician said the vent was to far “10feet” and he left I. The description it’s good for up to 120feet then the lint trap is in the worst place and you have to fight with it to close the door every time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only used it 3 times so far. I love the light inside dryer. Not noisy. Had our other dryer over 20 years. It was time for a replacement.

My GE gas dryer
