Didn't even work for 10 minutes after installation

Turned dryer on after it was professionally installed and it ran less than 10 minutes and stopped working. Now it will not work at all. I followed the trouble shooting tips, called the store from whom I purchased and went through trouble shooting with them without success. They advised it is a product issue and I have been given a service appointment for a week later, which is ridiculous considering it was just installed less than an hour ago. Total disappointment. Should have kept my 15+ year old dryer, never had an issue. Only purchased because I needed a new washer. Now I have additional concerns about new GE washer lasting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The main knob is hard to turn. The lint trap does not easily slip in/out when removing or replacing. The drying options are good (we don't use them all).
FYI - While doing this review, I could not scroll. There was no visible submit button. I had to close the feedback and start again

I was given this washer for Christmas, had a professional install it and 3 days later the motor went. Also did not have a good experience with GE repair dept and the repair company Synergy that came had an attitude and a half. Overall horrible
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
