I bought 2 for each of my kids. Brand new, it would last 15 minutes on a full charge. Now in year 3, the battery lasts maybe 3 minutes on a full charge. This purchase has been a total disappointment and not worth the money at all.

My son got this for Christmas and it's already broken, it's only January 16! Got in maybe 5 rides and the chain came off the drive. I haven't taken the whole thing apart yet to see if more is broken inside, but wouldn't surprise me.

Front wheel came off within a week

I bought this for my grandson's birthday. The front wheel completely came off within a week. I only bought it because, not only was it a great fun toy for a boy, it was supposed to be safe.

It's good, a few complaints

This is a cool drift cart! However after not that long of use, the battery only lasts like 5 minutes, and it feels nothing like 12mph. The tyre is not good and wears out very quickly. I had to replace my tyre like 2 or 3 times. I do not like the pegs on the side, they scratch up easily.

Motor burnt out in less than 6 months

Bought the 2 year extended warranty with purchase. Motor burnt out before the end of summer. Working with the warranty company has been ridiculous. They didn’t have a method for shipping the defective unit back for warranty troubleshooting and repairs. So they ask the consumer to troubleshoot over the phone with a technician. After multiple parts sent and installed on my time the cart is still not usable for my son. Still fighting with the warranty company on getting a resolution. It’s been going on for 7 months now.

Bad wheel design.

Love the product but whoever design the wheels for these things suck. After a few ride the wheel worn down so fast. If I spent 1k for it I would like the wheels to last a lot longer then 2 rides.
