Freezer Drawers to narrow, fall off track

Extremely disapointed in freezer usability; Freezer Drawers are too narrow and fall off track all the time and drop down. Repairman can't fix because new drawers would be the same width.and he doesn't want to try bending them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lousy quality, short life, last GE appliance 4 me!

LAST GE appliance I am going to buy. GE quality has consistently gone down hill. The door shelves started breaking after a year and are all taped up to be functional. The cheap thin plastic on the drawers "slides" are broken and difficult to open and close the drawers. The circulating fan in the freezer keeps making noise as the fan blade works it's way down the motor shaft until it runs on the housing. The fan finally died and the replacement is STUPID expensive. Just over 10 years old. My previous GE refrigerator only lasted 20 years. The previous one was more than 30 years and still working fine. For the money I spent on this refrigerator I would expect much better quality and at LEAST 20 years life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
