Way too small and ice maker broke

Not impressed with the shelving in the freezer as well as in the refrigerator of this unit. We are a family of four who eats 90% of all meals at home and I have a very difficult time finding space for my groceries. Sadly, the icemaker component made solely of plastic snapped within two months of installation and now looks like we will need to figure out how to get that replaced! I would not recommend this product for a family or anyone that appreciates all that icemaker brings to life!

Very nice Refrigerator

The refrigerator is well laid out. You lose some space in the freezer due to the ice maker and the bottom basket is somewhat awkward, but overall a great fridge. Clean looking & quiet. The in-door ice/water features work well.

I will never buy GE again

This refrigerator should is worthless. It has the most inefficient 22 cubic of storage space and the drawers and shelves are made of plastic that breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Surprise surprise, those cheap plastic shelves are not covered under the warranty. Prior to this I owned 3 GE refrigerators that held up well. GE is no longer producing a reliable product and I look forward to getting rid of this one.

This refrigerator came with our new home. It looks very beautiful from the outside and with stainless steel cleaner the doors always cleans very nicely. The inside design is confusing. It is designed in a way that seems not space conscious. It is difficult to fit things inside and the freezer is very awkward, we can barely squeeze in a frozen pizza. The top shelf of the freezer is blocked by the ice machine and the bottom compartment has a tiny basket that barely holds anything. I have been looking for separate baskets to put inside as the one it came with as so odd. It's like the entire refrigerator/freezer was designed but never actually tested for usability.
The most annoying thing is that the circulation is not balanced so things in the door of the fridge are warm while things near the back get frost and sometimes freeze. It's so odd. An upside is that there are only two people in my home. I can imagine this would be a really annoying model for a family. I see it is no longer being produced - I hope GE has made their newer models with consideration to actual everyday use.
