Quiet, cleans well But other problems

This dishwasher came with our new house. Had it 3 months. At first all the silverware came out dark, OK now. Top shelf gets stuck, and white film, probably the detergent staying in bottom of dishwasher. I use Cascade Complete and use the rinse aid. Temp is on high, but it seems that the detergent is not dissolving. Very disappointed. It is quiet and the dishes come out clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gosh! Chacalle, thank you for sharing your dishwasher experience. If your area has hard water, the residue from it can look like detergent has remained on the dishes. If a cloth dampened with vinegar removes the residue, you may have hard water. Please see page 11 in your Owner’s Manual for more information. Page 17 in your manual has tips for removing the film and spots from hard water. Incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help (page 12 in your Owner’s Manual shows how). Simple dishwasher

The dishwasher is good. The sound it makes while washing -- I can barely hear it. Which is great!
The only thing that is bothersome is that sometimes the dishes don't come out completely dry, even with the air dry turned off. It's not ALL of the dishes, but just a few and can be annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

It came with the new home, not happy with dishwasher at all. I like the company but this dishwasher is not working for us.

Burnt during first use

This appliance came with my home and upon first use a plastic part flew off and got burnt in the metal piece at the bottom. Appliance poorly built. Feels cheap and the wheels of the bottoms rack keep coming off the track when you pull it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
