[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher doesn't appear to fully dry my dishes unless its set at high temp. Also smells a bit from time to time, but overall does the job. I can say it does in fact clean very well.

Quick Quiet but Too Wet and Door sticks

Cons:
The dishes dry poorly, even if I time it perfectly when the cycle ends and I open it and give the drawers a quick shake to get the excess water off the dishes, especially the cups/glasses on top, when the cycle finishes its drying, everything is still wet inside. If I don't shake the drawers and just leave it go, it is even worse- everything is still dripping. If there is one thing I hate, it is going to empty your clean dishes and all of them are still wet. Who wants to have to hand dry dishwashered dishes before putting them away. The silverwear container is the worst! The bottoms of every fork, knife, and spoon are still dripping wet. I have to remove the container and set it in out to dry separately, or empty the silverwear onto a towel to dry. My previous dish washer (whose name rhymed with girl pool) dried everything 100% as part of the cycle; I could put all dishes away straight from the washer with no concern of dripping water or wet dishes going into their cupboards.
Second con:
The door does not latch easily and so the cycle wont start when you hit the start button, the light just blinks and blinks to let you know something is not ready. Not sure if this is an installation thing or not. I have to shimmy the whole washer forward in its cavity under the countertops in order for the door to latch to beginning washing.

The two pros are good, but the two cons are worse. I would not buy this product again nor recommend it. (It came with the house). If I ever shop for a dishwasher, I will prioritize effective drying, possibly even over water efficiency.

For maximum drying experience, ensure you are using rinse aid for every cycle, and the incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F (49°C). Pretty Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a built home and the selected product was already installed. Works pretty well but there were a few minor concerns: smell (might have to do with the installation) seemed weird and out of the norm; wheel fell off but we popped it back on; some water spots but we don’t always use the dry feature.

If I had the choice, I probably would've opted for a wine cooler instead, since I prefer to handwash my dishes. Either way, I still utilize the organized space for storing additional kitchen cookware, tupperware, utensils, etc.
