Great Features!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not very happy with the product and it may be no fault to Frigidaire. However the dishwasher does not lock, I have to manually push the top down to make it close. Also the bottom medal plate continues to unscrew .

Quit working

This unit came with our new home. It has worked great for a year and a half. Now it is only good for a boat anchor.
Noticed water in the bottom of the unit. Ran a quick wash and everything worked fine. Tried a load of dishes and now it is completely dead. It has water in the bottom, again, and now the unit won't even power on.
A year and is terrible for relalibility.

Doesn’t dry dishes

This dishwasher was in the new house that we purchased. It is a beautiful appliance. Super quiet and definitely cleans the dishes. However it does not dry them at all. I have done a ridiculous amount of research online trying to figure out how to get this dishwasher to dry my dishes but after speaking with multiple other new homeowners in the area, I have come to find out that it is just impossible. Even days after running a load the inside of my dishwasher is still soaked in water. For that reason I will not be using this appliance as much as I hoped I would be able to. Which really stinks because as a busy mom this would have been a lifesaver for me.

We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid.
Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

Quiet turbo dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with our home with just built. It has been amazing, it’s super quiet, as in, I go back every time to make sure I actually turned it on. It thoroughly cleans the dishes, even those you may have forgotten to rinse off, leaving no residue or spots and cools them post heated dry. The only reason for 4 stars is I feel the heated dry could dry them a little better and the filter is so cumbersome to get back in place once you’ve washed/rinsed it out.
