Nightmare from word "Go"!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible drying. Wash and wait 2+ hours to see if it's soaking in water. Grease isn't dissolved. Water isn't steamed. Or maybe tonight we get dry clean dishes. New meaning to "pot luck". I'm going to have to replace it bcuz I don't have time to be inconvenienced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with it! It looks nice! I was able to install by myself thank goodness. And it cleans my dishes wonderfully. So glad to have it in my kitchen, saves me so much time in the evenings.

Worst Dishwasher ever used

Have this dishwasher less then an year, you still find water residue after the cycle and draining system not working properly, need to spend money after purchase on a brand new appliance is not acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using rinse aid will increase the dryness of the dishes. Ensure your dishwasher racks are not overcrowded, placing the larger items on the bottom rack and the smaller items on the top. Ensure air dry is not selected and ensure your water temperature is 120 degrees. To ensure of proper drainage, check your filters and glass trap to ensure there is no blockage. Not too happy with it -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with the new home I purchased and I have trouble getting the settings to work and the dishes are never dry - in fact there is water still on the inside walls and dishes drip when removed. It also has a smell. I find it very frustrating.

We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.
You may also find that by leaving the door slightly open when soiled dishes are placed in to reduce any odors.

Stinky-Wet after First load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid extra for this stinken dishwasher. After reading comments back to Betty19 I am very disappointed that you recommend one must leave this expensive dishwasher open to allow to dry and it never does. Sadly I am looking to replace this to a higher grade dishwasher costing way too much. I have never heard of a new dishwasher smelling like old wet socks with just a testing of the machine. I do not recommend this dishwasher. Also, this is being sold as gallery and this model is not. I have reported this to my builder.
