Overall nice, not a fan of the racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher was installed with our new-build home. It is sleek and visually appealing. I also notice the dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. However, I do not like the placement of the racks--the top rack is too close to the top and wine glasses do not fit, and the prongs on the bottom rack don't allow for various pots and bakeware.
