Upper rack falls and poor washing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher on May 28 2019. After a couple of weeks of using the dishwasher,one of the rails of the upper rack came of track, I was able to put it back in position but it kept coming off. Also, unless I use the heavy wash feature, it doesn't clean well, and I do rinse the dishes well before putting them in the washer.
The technician has come twice to repair it and he has to come back to try replacing the complete racks one more time.
I had other options when I purchased it but decide for the Frigidaire because of the excellent reputation. I'm very disappointed of the quality,

According to the notes from our technicians, they were able to diagnose the cause and the needed parts have been shipped. Once they arrive, they will be able to schedule a time with you to install them! Additionally, we understand that your dishes may not be getting fully clean. This may be partially due to the imbalance in the top rack! Runs quietly, efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with a new Lennar home that I purchased. I previously had a LG. I miss the silverware caddy in the LG. It had slots for knives. I also have trouble fitting tall items. But it runs well.

Nice look and feel

It has been a month since we started using all the appliances as we got them from the builder and I love all the features that the appliances have. We have dishwasher, oven, micro oven and the gas stove of the same brand. So far I’m happy with all the appliances that I have.

Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my dishwasher several times. So far so good. The standard features are all one really needs. I noticed I would have to press very hard to select a wash setting. Not certain if that is normal. The normal cycle would run for a long time, at least an hour and maybe a little more. I tried the quick cycle and that took a long time too. The dishwasher is exceptionally quiet. Since this is a new machine, I was worried it was so quiet because it was not working, but that was not the case. I've also noticed, after the cycle is complete, the interior of the dishwasher is still very wet and there's water accumulation on the base of my cups that were washed on the top level. I'm not certain if this is normal, but other dishwashers I've used dry completely after a wash. Aside from the functionality of this dishwasher, the sleek stainless steel profile with the control panel in the front is very appealing and compliments any modern kitchen.
