Hey there, Puneet! We thank you for taking the time out to share your feedback with us. Some tips that can alleviate any drying matter, is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct, using the correct cycle setting, using rinse aid, and loading the dishes properly can assist with the dishes drying properly.
We also understand that you are experiencing an odor. We do recommend cleaning your dishwasher by running an empty cycle with the powerplus or heavy cycle and sanitize option. You can also pour 1 cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle.

Not drying

We got this dishwasher as part of the new home purchase. It is definitely quiet, but doesn't dry the dishes at all. I tried all the options that is available. Where is the "heated dry" button that has been mentioned in numerous replies? I am unable to locate it.

Hello, Spfsi! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your dishwasher. In regards to the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice quiet dishwasher but drying requires adding the cascade liquid to aid drying. Otherwise, it leaves them wet. I guess it’s part of the energy efficiency, but I’d like the option to dry them for an extra period of time without s wash. It matches our other appliances nicely, so that’s good.

Quiet Wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very quiet built-in dishwasher. I agree with several people that the drying is not very good. I made sure rinse aid is full and the temperature of water is correct. I wish there was a third tray to put small items in the top tray like my previous dishwasher. All my other Frigidaire products are top notch.

How far is your water heater from your kitchen?
Have you measured the temperature from your faucet? When the HI-TEMP WASH option is selected, your dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140°F.
I recommend checking your water temperature. Please review page 12 of your dishwasher’s “Use & Care” guide on how to check your household’s water temp. Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C) and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
