NOT GOOD!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've just moved into my new home and all of my appliances are Frigidaire. I have only been here for 6 weeks and my brand new Frigidaire dishwasher leaks water onto my floor. The only reason I am giving two stars is because it cleans very well.

Quiet and effective

We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid.
Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s just ok. All our appliances that came with our new construction are Frigidaire. I feel like I’ve had issues with all of them. This cleans well but leaked on the first day.

I am disappointed to learn your dishwasher, and other appliances have not performed as expected.
Though no manufacturer can guarantee against repairs or service visit with any of their models, I feel awful for the issues you’ve encountered recently with your appliance.
Should you experience any leaks from your dishwasher in the future. I recommend checking the following:
· Knockout plugin disposer has been removed.
· Drain hose is not blocked or obstructed.
· Drain hose is not pinched or restricted.
· Drain hose is at the correct height a minimum of 32” from the floor.
· Filters and sump are clear of any food soils.
We appreciate your business with us, and we will be happy to use your experience for future reference.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was provided in the new home I just Purchased and I am so disappointed in it! Before we had even used it the motor was burnt out and had to be replaced. The racks are terrible and move all over the place when trying to push them back in. There are not enough tall spaces to hold hardly any plates and cups on the top rack are knocked over constantly because it’s such a shallow area. I never Could have thought I would Be so disappointed in a dishwasher! Terrible design!
