Dishes always wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Manual says there is supposed to be a heated dry option, the button doesn’t exist on my dishwasher. Have to dry everything on top rack by hand
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Dave29ne! I can imagine your concern. When you don't select Air Dry, you are using a Heated Dry setting. To improve drying performance, be sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your water heater is set to at least 120F, and you are running the hot water in the sink before starting the dishwasher. Okay washer. Doesn't dry well

Thanks for your feedback. To experience optimal drying when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
- A Rinsing Aid must be used
-Small items should be loaded on the top rack and larger items on the bottom
-Heated dry must be selected
- Plastics and nested dishes may not dry as well as other dishes
***Heated wash option assists in more efficient clean and dry***
