Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our dishwasher, it's so silent! The first time we used it we were not sure it was even on and working. My husband had to open the dishwasher in the middle of a wash to check. We only use the dishwasher occasionally and we mainly hand wash everything. The dishwasher is used to dry things, I wish we were able to use the dry function separate from a full wash cycle. The seal is so strong on this thing that we have to leave the dishwasher cracked open when we use it as a drying rack or else the dishes will be wet for 24 hours+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher was installed by our builder and part of a package that came with the home. Beautiful exterior, quiet and cleans very well. No complaints as of today. We have kids and do at least one to two loads a day. Very happy with this dishwasher!

Quiet and efficient but smells

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher about 6 months ago. It’s very quiet, quick and efficient and we have no complaints with cloudy dishes. However after a few washes you can see a grime begin to build up in the bottom. It has a terrible musky odor where it seems it doesn’t dry properly. We have ended up needing to do a cleaner monthly to get rid of this. I don’t know if this is due to not having the heating element in the bottom but it’s super annoying. Previous dishwashers we didn’t have this smell or need to clean as often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

I feel awful to hear you are not getting the best drying performance from your dishwasher. I recommend checking your water temperature and pressure; the recommended temperature should be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Also, I find increasing the amount of your rinse aid will help with dishes drying in the dishwasher.
