[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually got a super deal on this as a scratch and dent. It wasn't dented or scratched at all, but it has some blemishing on the top right side that is real hard to notice. It is simplistic but has all the functions we need. It is fairly quiet, and luckily I had an insulation rug on the old one that I cut and trimmed a bit to fit on this one and that helped with the sound quieting also. It does do a nice job of cleaning the dishes, and hey - if mama happy, everybody happy!
