sleek design, easy to keep clean, runs quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despote the difficulty getting it delivered undamaged from Home Depot; and the scheduling issues having it installed (which my husband ended up just doing himself), the dishwasher itself is nice. Runs quietly, cleans dishes the first time, much better than my old dishwasher.

Broke after 1 year.

This was installed by the investors that remodeled the kitchen of our house before we bought it. It broke A little over a year into using it. The bottom spray arm doesn’t spin. I’ve cleaned the arm and basket but it didn’t solve the problem. I have no patience for this so we’re just going to buy a new dishwasher. It was nice and quiet, though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

F2B5150, I am dismayed to hear of your dishwasher experience. If the dishwasher lower spray arm is not spinning, it may have too little water. Too little water may be caused by low water pressure, or debris built up within the inner workings of the spray arm. Page 13 in your Owner’s Manual (picture #2), shows how to remove the bottom spray arm by grapping it at the middle and firmly lifting up, to unsnap from the support. Once you have the bottom spray arm detached, you can clean any debris that may have built up inside. To reinstall, place the bottom tube inside the support tube in the bottom of the dishwasher and push down so it snaps in place.
