Perfect selection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this dishwasher is more than I expected. It is super quite and gets the job done. I have an open floor plan house and my old dishwasher was so loud you couldn't hear the TV. This model is so quite I can't hardly tell it is even running.

Damp Dishes

Ths dish washer waa included in my new home purchase from Lennar. This is the worest dishwasher Ive evee owned. It has a strange plastic smell, bottom rack comes off if you pull it all the way to load and your dishes NEVER dry.

Susanap, Thank you for taking the time to contact Frigidaire regarding your dishwasher’s cleaning and drying concerns. On behalf of Frigidaire, I apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. I would recommend checking that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common in all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first. I would also recommend the use of fresh detergent and a Rinse Aid. Hope this helps!

adequate dishwasher

Dishwasher came with new house. It doesn't clean or dry as well as the one in the house I previously lived in.

Dishwasher was part of the kitchen appliance provided in our new home by D. R. Horton. It is of lesser quality than we had in our other home. The racks are very weak. The top shelf - the plastic covers need to down to close door preventing putting larger item on that shelf. The bottom shelf needs to be picked up to put the shelf back into the appliance.
