Nice machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two of these machines for our two kitchen areas and are really pleased with them. They are generally quiet and do a nice job of cleaning our dishes quickly and efficiently.

Quiet and compact

It’s not drying,

Quiet and clean

Not great drying heat or wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dish washer doesn’t clean super well and doesn’t dry the dishes at all. The top rack is always soaked even after leaving a day and a half longer.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of detergent and Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as part of a 4-piece suite. Quieter than the dishwasher we replaced. But also smaller. Not bad as we are a shrinking family, soon-to-be-empty-nesters. Regardless, works great! Cleans dishes very well.

Jecst45, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We regret to hear that you are unhappy with your dishwasher. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common in all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first.
