Do not buy from Frigidaire! Awful customer support

I have had this dishwasher and other kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven and microwave) for about 5 months. While we are happy with the dishwasher itself, the customer service has been awful. First of all, all four appliances were delivered to us and only two were able to be installed because the dishwasher and refrigerator were heavily damaged. We had to wait for the new ones and when they were delivered( two separate deliveries), the second refrigerator was also damaged but not nearly as bad. We called to let them know of the damage and they told us that we could get a new one or they would give us a gift card to compensate for the damage. After talking it over, we decided to get a new one, but when we called back again, they said that they didn’t make the refrigerator any more and only offered us $75. We didn’t feel this was appropriate and tried to talk with customer service several times after that. When calling the wait time was over an hour each time and there was even a time when one of their employees hung up on me. This situation has not been rectified. While the appliances are fine, I worry about how they will treat us if we have any more problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Pushing in the bottom rack is a bit tricky - you have to push down a little then push in to avoid hitting something. The top rack has big gaps so hard to place small objects up there. Cleans pretty well. Overall it's okay.

Punc1, I am glad to hear your dishwasher is a good fit for your life. Some models have a fold-down cup shelf, or a cup shelf/stemware holder. They can be used to load two levels of cups, juice glasses, and other short items. Or you can put it down on top of short items so they don’t get pushed around and end up somewhere else. Stagger items on upper level so that water can reach all inside surfaces. On Frigidaire.com we have a dishwasher accessory that may help: Our delicate-care soft grips for stemware; but you can use them for extra traction to keep your smaller items from moving in the rinse cycle.
