Love this model!

I had the 36" model JVM3660 for over 10 years and it worked great! The magnetron burned out and I replaced it with the JVM3670. Unfortunately, GE is no longer manufacturing them (I was lucky and found a warehouse that had some). Hoping this one is as dependable as the last.

Keyboard Short circuited

This product worked well until the keyboard shorted. The product is less than 4 years old but outside of the one year warranty. Now faced with the decision to repair or replace as this product appears to not be manufactured any longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a big microwaver but I did want a product that was user friendly & capable of handling my family's needs when I needed it. This one definitly fits the bill. I love that it's not obstrusive in my kitchen & has popcorn buttons. I only wish it had a boil water button too!

Part replaced at the 2 year anniversary

I'm in a brand new house with all GE profile appliances for 2 years. Love the stove and the oven, not so much for the microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Had a repair person at the house replacing a heat sensor the microwave. I had my previous microwave for 15 years and never had to change anything but the handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
