Wow, oh wow these headphones are AMAZING

This is my first experience with AKG, and I have never loved a pair of headphones as much as these. I really thought I was going crazy the first time I or them on. My AC and fridge can be loud, and when I put these on, the background noise completely disappeared. I do not know how noise cancelling works, BUT THEY WORK.
The bass punches just enough, and the treble and mid ranges are crystal clear. Holy cow these headphones are simply the best I've ever owned. I am so glad I have these. I'm an audiophile, and own over 1500 tracks, and these actually make my music sound even better. I can't say enough good things about them, other than AKG = Awesomely Killer Great?
Forget Bose and Beats, remember AKG!

Lovely headphones, but not for the large-headed!

Good sound, decent battery and SUPER comfortable to wear. Noise cancelling worked really well on a long-haul flight too. Unfortunately about 4 months of being stretched over my massive noggin was too much and the fitting connecting the right cup to the headband cracked, and even after gluing it back together a couple of times it ultimately broke apart completely. No regrets, but it's a shame these now languish in a drawer.

There is a flaw on the headphone band

Just unboxing and saw that flakes already peeled off from the headphone band. Everything is fine but not perfect .

Works great except one issue

I've had my AKG N60NC headphones for about two years. The quality of sound and noise cancellation is great. The only issue I have is the earpieces seem to break loose and won't stay on your ears without taping it. I suggest you have the replacement parts available to be able to repair them.

good value for money, but....

great value for money, but a bit dated now because of the micro USB charging port. I was also surprised to only find out after I started using the headphones that you cannot turn of the ANC in Bluetooth mode.
On the plus side, very comfortable and the ANC is phenomenal.
