Can I get the case advertised?

Great Headphones! But missing accessories...

The headphones are great of course and the only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because some of the included accessories that the box clearly says are included are missing and it's really disappointing. The detachable mic and 1 button remote control cable isn't included, the charging cable isn't included, and the carrying case shown on the box and in the picture here isn't included, instead the case is replaced by a fabric one. The only accessory that IS included is a pretty much useless airport adapter for plugging in the non-existent headphone cable... What??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone is awesome and they whole trade-in was a smooth transition. Samsung makes easy for everyone to rock the new gadgets. I love the phone and I'm already looking forward for the S10 next year.

A suprisingly huge upgrade from the s7 edge

The refinements and improvements in this note 9 are even noticable to a "novice" user like me example : the fingerprint reader is in the best place, is faster and works better than the s7. that is the creedo of this note 9. Faster Bigger Better. Was going to pass, but glad i pulled the trigger and purchased. You will NOT be disappointed.

Excellent noise cancellation

Got these about 2 weeks ago. Was really surprised by how good the noise cancellation was and the sound rivals that of my Bose QC35's. Overall really happy with them.

Free Bluetooth-less headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds quality is good but they will NOT pair with my note 9. They pair EASILY with other devices. I'm not technologically illiterate what so ever. How do they give these free with the note 9 but they will not pair at all with my note 9!!
