Won't stay on my head and no warrantee info given

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As others have noted--Good sound and noise canceling feature works well but loose on my head and comes in cheap draw string bag not in the fancy one they show in their ads. Is this false advertising? I think... I got mine in the Note 9 promo. I would not pay for it otherwise at the price they are asking. By loose I mean really loose even compared to cheaper headphones. I expect them to fall off my head and break one of these days. Also no warrantee info provided but what do you want for free?

The headphones will not charge ive only had them about a month. I tried everything the cord that came with them works on other devices?? This really sucks these were the best ive ever owned

Great sound but major flaw.

These headphones came as a preorder bonus with my note 9. The issue I have is it pulls my beard hair. I shaved my beard and thought that would fix the issue. I'd like to be able to wear the headphones around my neck when I'm not listening. When I was bending over the headphones grabbed my stubble. So I won't be using these as often.

I should not have written this 'review' here because I only have the N60 NC wired version. It has served me for long and good. Though I have another Sony MDR-1000X, I am considering to buy another N60 NC Wireless due to its compact size - I travel a lot and a good NC headphone is indispensable to me. However, the longest time I use the headset is for watching big screen (TV or monitor) in BT mode at home or in office, where I don't need and don't want to have NC. I want to hear the ambient sound besides saving battery! Please AKG, could you release a software to add this feature?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the Note phone since the very first Note. They have all been great phones. With each new model Samsung has improved them and the Note 9 is the best yet. The beautiful screen, the large memory, the most powerful battery yet, the exceptional S Pen, the fastest processor yet are all great features. I can only imagine the wonderful improvements to come!

Better than expected!

So I was already doing for headphones especially to use while traveling then I saw the Note 9 deal which included these. At first I thought, yeah they're probably jumbo but they'll do since they're free. But after doing some research I found the opposite to be true. Then, once I got my hands on them, I was truly impressed. They do an amazing job in noise canceling and sounds great.

They sound good for both movies and music. I mainly use them for movies and it is great because I can hear the dialog, yet nobody tells me it is too loud during the explosions.
