I BOUGHT THISS ALMMOST 2YEARS AGO .I LOVE THE SCREEN SIZE,MOST OF ALL I LOVE WHERE THE POWER&volume controls are on back of phone with all other phones you have at least one I to itwo. Controls on the sides constantly touching or pushing them phone goes off or volume gets blasted.irritating.I wish there was another phone out there like this one or one similar.honestly I like LGone best too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for 4 days.. I don't like lg phones but my husband bought it for me so giving it a try... I don't know if its just Verizon phones but if you have a pin or password to get in your phone it factory resets your phone after 10 failed attempts at entering the password or pin... why???? ,y kids or my husband could enter wrong and I lose everything!! Most Verizon phones have a simple fix to that... they have a setting to turn it off so that doesn't happen.. but this phone does not have that feature!!! This lg lasted 4 days in my home...don't recommend just for that reason!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Heatherg0227, sorry to hear about the difficulty with your K8. You can turn off the PIN lock feature by going to: Home button > swipe left, if necessary > Select Settings > Select
Lock screen, Tap Select screen lock. Then select the one you have select up from the list: Tap Swipe, Knock Code, Pattern, PIN, or Password and turn it off. ^AC

Lack of Cases

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this phone after my LG G3 crashed after only 2 years. I am completely unimpressed and frustrated that there is on 1 or 2 cases available and neither are either I would buy. Why such a limit on phone cases for the LG phones. If you are not going to make cases for them why make the phones?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this around august. It was great, for t a week. Right away, I noticed the batteries already draining. The phone itself gets very hot, and is very slow. The screen is very cheap, and cracks very easily. I cracked it with my thumb, pressing on the screen. If you do end up buying this phone, make sure you get the warranty. You will want it.
