Worst Phone I Have Ever Had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off, I do have one positive thing to say about the phone. I do like how the volume buttons are on the back, instead of the side. It's a design that's easier to use than average volume buttons, and it makes more sense. But this single positive thing does not outweigh my problems with this device.
At first, it seemed like a basic phone, did all I needed it to do. A bit glitchy, but you get what you pay for. The camera wasn't great, but I could live with that. At some point I started to get a little annoyed with it, I can't remember why I was already annoyed with it. Was it because the whole "tap on the phone to turn it on" feature was causing it to turn itself on in my pocket, which paused my music? I think that was it, but honestly, that became the least of my worries. I had a really great time at the zoo one day, and took so many photos. A few days later, the phone decided to reset itself without me telling it to, or wanting it to. Probably the turning itself on in my pocket thing. I don't know, I'm just so upset that I lost all my photos. I was like, okay, I won't depend on this thing to store anything important. As soon as I can afford another phone, I'll get one. But I can live with this.
Now, the headphone jack broke. I am not rough with my tech, it's just so cheaply made, and it broke. I think it knows there are headphones in there, actually, and it chooses to play through it's speakers(worst speakers I have ever seen on a phone, I would prefer the speakers from my old flip phone, in fact). I can tell, because the music paused when I took them out. The phone is just malfunctioning. I haven't even had this thing 6 months.
That was the final straw. A smartphone that won't play music is useless, I am ditching this thing and getting a high end phone. Sick of this. I am so annoyed by my experience with this phone that I will likely never get an LG again.

Only good if you need a quick replacement

Good phone if you need a super cheap replacement really fast, otherwise, dont waste your money. I loved this phone for the first 4 months or so, and thats about it. Its been a year now and its slow, the camera is ok at best, apps like snapchat and google maps crash every other day, and I have to factory reset it every couple months because I stop getting texts. I originally planned to keep this phone a full two years, but am already searching for another phone after one. Also, overheating is a thing if you run an app for like, 5 minutes it gets very warm, sometimes even hot. There are few cases that work and screen protectors dont stick to the screen at all. Honestly, you dont need a case or protector anyways. The only good thing about this phone is that you could throw it against a brick wall and the wall would break before the phone.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
