Excellent Griddle

I've had this griddle for almost 2 years and it is without a doubt one of the best purchases I've ever made. While the stove and griddle are excellent for camping, they have found use year round on my deck. I use the griddle for all my weekend breakfasts, and the burner is extremely handy should you need to heat a large volume of water in a short period of time (compared to using the electric stovetop in the kitchen).
What impresses me the most about this griddle is how well the non-stick surface has performed. I have cast iron pans that I've meticulously maintained the patina on for over a decade, and this griddle that's in the elements out on the deck with minimal maintenance outperforms those cast iron pans by a long shot.
Best cast iron I have. Period.

Fantastic griddle

I bought this 2 years ago to compliment my 2 burner explorer. It is used exclusively for camping and I prefer this over cooking in the travel trailer. Cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns or anything else I want to throw at this griddle has been a joy to cook. It heats evenly and holds the heat well due to the thickness of the metal. I do keep it seasoned with the Camp Chef cast iron conditioner and store it in a bag while not in use.

Used the griddle for the first time this weekend. Very happy once I figured out the heat distribution from the 2 burner Camp Chef. Paid attention to seasoning it before use and it paid off as it cleaned up good!

We have had it for two years, we like the ease of use, cleaning and drainage of the excess oils. Get the carry bag and the grease catchment cup both make this unit even better
