Great Addition to my Camp Chef Setup

I bought the griddle as it would provide versatility to my set up. On my last outing, I used the grill for grilling hot dogs, and used the griddle to warm up the hot dog buns. It was the test before I actually put the griddle to use with breakfast and such. Great combination and prevents my set up from being stuck to one option. Only downside to it that the griddle is quite heavy, but that adds to the durability.

I have used this griddle several times and it is the bomb. Heat distributes very well. Easy clean up. Very well made. I just bought the SG 60. Can’t wait to use it !

This is an indispensable tool for cooking for many. I used this to cook gyros for 200 folks with great success. Heat dispersed well, and it stays hot for radiant heat and continuity. It gets hot so plan to sweat! If you cooking. A grease trap is offered as an accessory but should be standard. Grease will flow out and all over the leg of the stove/floor. Placed a cup in the provided hanging holder but the cup melted quickly. Also, a carrying bag should be standard.

There's not much to say about the griddle, in the end it's a piece of metal that does what it's supposed to do.
It's easy to clean and maintain, the bacon and other food you cook come out very nicely cooked.
The only reason why it gets 4 stars it's mainly due to the fact that there are parts where it's hotter than others and it might cook things unevenly if you don't know where these are.
Overall, a good purchase that will last for years.

Bumpy Griddle!!!

This griddle is so bumpy! You have to really use it and clean it A LOT to wear down the bumps! If I knew this prior to purchasing it, I would've looked elsewhere for a smoother surface griddle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used on dozens of camping trips over 7+ years and honestly, I could easily feed 6-8 people with this thing. As a person who loves to camp and cook, my flat top griddle paired with a wok is all I need to cook just about everything. Heavy duty, easy to clean, even heat, and 10/10. Wish I had one in my kitchen!
