Our sons gave us a Roman Fire Pit for our back deck, and we've thoroughly enjoyed it. We bought a cover to protect it from the elements (especially the winter elements), and it has held up great the past couple of years. We've celebrated some wonderful occasions around the fire and roasted marshmallow for s'mores. Highly recommended.

We used the fire pit last summer a few times and it's durable but it is starting to rust inside and out! I got a cover for it for the winter and hope that helps stop the rust from happening more! I can not return it, it is past the return date also.
