Not sure if its the product overall or just my tablet. But mine seems to have issues with being a bit slow and not always clicking on what I actually clicked. Now I know people are going to say maybe you have stuff in the background, etc. But it was like this from the day I opened it on Christmas. It's not enough to make me that mad other wise I would have taken in somewhere. But I live in Alaska and there's really no where to take it =(. I go to the lower 48 in a few weeks and will probably take to a best buy while I'm there. Overall though, I really do like my tablet.
It's a nice tablet for the price, but at least not for me I bought it for my 8 year old son. The internal memory is half occupied by the software and even with an expandable memory is not enough because it only helps a little for certain apps since it splits the usage still slowing it down maybe not as much with out the memory card. A lot of times it freezes. Overall good.
I like that it goes well with my Samsung phone. I'm still learning to use the different features but so far im able to take great quality videos of my kids playing sports! I added an SD card for more memory/storage which allows me to save a couple high school games as well as AAU games until I'm able to transfer them. A few apps freeze and I have to restart the tablet in order to get them to work. I never had this problem with these specific apps on my phone or old tablet so that's why I gave it 4 stars in the performance category. I'd definitely recommend this tablet to a friend or family member especially if you have a Samsung phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, it comes in white
Cons: sticks on a couple apps and needs to be restarted
