Works great. Wish volume was louder sometimes but otherwise this is a wonderful product and would recommend it to anyone.

i found this to be fast,with few hang ups.Price could be better,but a great tablet.Needs mini hdmi port.

I'm heavily invested in a competitors ecosystem and quite happy there. I've heard good things about the Android system and have been curious about Samsung's products. I made this known and my amazing wife responded by getting me this Tablet for my birthday.
Overall I am quite happy with it. A tablet from the competition probably would have fit into my life a bit better, but my Samsung tablet does everything that one of those could do, but for a much more affordable price.
Pros:
The screen is great.
It is very quick and responsive.
Quick wifi.
I absolutely love the predictive text.
Beautiful and solid design.
Perfect size for someone who travels.

Cons:
Much of the 8GB of storage is taken up by the operating system. The addition of an external (Mini SD) storage slot is one major advantage over the iPad. Unfortunately you can only put applications on the SD card if the designers have designed them to do so...unfortunately those are few and far between.
The rearward facing camera is pretty soft. But I've always felt pretty strange taking pictures with a tablet.
Overall:
I am very happy with my Tab and would absolutely buy one again if given the chance. It isn't perfect, but compared to the competition, it is a much better deal.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is one of they best tablet that I had with many great features that it offers. The screen resolution is great, and the screen is very vivid and clear. However, it is not suitable for gaming due to its performance. It does not offer the speed for some games. Also, the video players are weird in web, so it is hard to watch stream. Otherwise, it is a great tablet and I would suggest it!.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, wifi problem

I used a Galaxy S4 before getting into Samsung's tablet space to see the offerings they were doing originally. With features like multi-window to quickly see two or more applications at once, Watch-On to control the TV when I can't find the remote, and the Micro SD card slot to store more movies into the device for long trips, I can safely say the Samsung Tab 4 7.0 is a very nice tablet for the budget-conscious. Spend more to see improvements in speed and workload increase, but if you are new to the field, definitely start off with something small and portable.
