This is a great budget tablet that offers a little bit more than the competitors versions that come with annoying ads. I think you get what you pay for in that area, but the Tab 4 has a lot of extra features that make it worth the extra money. The only major complaint I have is that the touch screen and side buttons seem a little too sensitive. I constantly find myself accidentally turning it off, or going back to a screen I wasn't expecting. Oh, and it would be nice if the "go back" and "opened apps" areas at the bottom of the screen were lighted like some of the phones are.
In paper, specs are not everything, I was expecting a more smooth use of the tablet but after downloading some apps from the store I noticed that the performance of the tablet dropped, I don't know if it's the apps or tablet.
I could gripe about it not having a stylus, indicator lights, or vibration but......even with it's lesser specs than my Note 4, it still handles everything I throw at it without a trip. Everthing runs seamlessly, and perfect for videos & internet.
I use Google Voice for a lot of my business related calls and texts. The smaller size allows me to use that app on my tablet without it being too bulky or cumbersome in my hands.
I love my Galaxy Tab 4 7.0! It is the perfect size to hold in my hand to read from, and is also lightweight. I wish it came in a larger standard GB size, but adding my 32GB SD card to it was simple and helped it with the size it lacked. I do wish it had a louder speaker, but still gets the job done. It has a great display and works great on the go.
