Love the Glass Bottles, but NOT RELIABLE

I have had my Crystal replaced twice in three years. The second replacement is already starting to fail. It takes longer and longer to get from the whooshing sound to the buzzing sound (it should take 3 or 4 presses to get the buzzing -- it now takes 11 or 12). There is either a fundamental design flaw or major quality control issues. I really wish they would come out with a glass bottle version that is RELIABLE.

I got this crystal because of the glass bottles. I have had it for about 6 months and it is a problem to fizz every time.. This last time it just does not work.. Changed the gas 3 times still does not work. Just broke after very little use as I travel a a lot and live alone. Totally not worth the money.. Thinking about Not buying this brand again

Never worked well from the start

I have had trouble opening and closing the bottle holder since I bought it. It does't turn rt or left very well to lock or unlock and now is near impossible. Very disappointed will not recommend to anyone

Waste of money.

Bought this for my husband as a gift. It kept breaking down. Either no bubbles or water blown out of the bottle, even though it was not filled to the line. Have given up using it. Waste of money. Don't bother with this product.

We're not soda drinkers so I never paid much attention to the advertising. But while we were staying with friends in Munich we became enamored of the sparkling water and their Soda Stream Penguin. I like the decorative glass carafes, the ease of operation, nothing to plug in, as well as the sleek design of the machine itself. I wish our water quality was a little better but the bubbles make it so that I want to drink water again.

Even easier than I thought to use. Glass bottles are beautiful and hold carbonation beautifully. Only disappointment is that they fulfilled with pop syrup instead of essenses,

I bought it a month ago and it works fine. The remaining fizz scapes from the bottle though, if you leave it in the fridge for a mere hour - so l suggest you drink it asap. I though the tower would be a bit more sturdy on the counter but l got used to it. Overall, l like the way it works!
