[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 2years ago, and enjoying it thoroughly. It’s door in door feature let us get milk, juice very quickly without opening the big door. We can also open the door without touching it using sensors ( this comes in handy when you’re holding heavy stuff). It’s counter depth makes it flush in the wall and looks amazingly beautiful addition to our kitchen. It’s very quiet and doesn’t disturb us. I have got many compliments for it.

I especially love being able to open the door without touching it because I often bake and my hands get messy when I remember I need something else out of the fridge. And LG service has been excellent. They are so helpful if I ever do need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue with this is the self spacing seems a bit weird. The manual states for example to not put milk in the door as it will be a few degrees warmer and to put it in the back shelves. Well the spacing for a milk jug requires you to move other shelves down and as a result, you can barely fit anything on those shelves. Can’t lay the milk down otherwise it leaks everywhere. So that was odd. Otherwise it’s been a champ and we love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this fridge for just over 2 years, initially the doors did not open/close automatically, which took 5 tech visits to fix. now the condenser died, which is apparently part of a recall, been waiting 3 weeks for the tech to come and fix. hauling food up/down the stairs is not fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used this for 2 years, we could not more more happy. The features are just what we want and do not find extraneous, ie, unusable, features. We would buy the same again, although we would probably get the full depth as it would give use more more than ample room for the overload around the holidays.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too expensive to have compressor failures at just over 2 yrs old. Apparently these units are notorious for having cheap compressors. I've had it serviced 2x under warranty so far, but im not confident it won't fail again

I have owned this fridge for 2 1/2 years. The freezer drawers are the best design ever. It is so easy to keep the freezer organized and know what is in there. Love the glass door - easy to see drinks and pull one out.
