Great fridge with excellent features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new fridge a couple of months ago. The performance is great. The knock door is a cool feature, but what is even better is the door shelving space. The auto door open is very convenient as the doors are a bit heavy to open. Absolutely love the 2 door freezer - so easy to access. Ice cubes and crushed ice is super fresh and always available. A couple of improvements would be to be able to put the shelf on any row and the lights would illuminate. The top shelf in the door is to tall and is difficult to access.

Quiet / Beautiful with added benefits - Worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LUPXC2386N about a month ago for the counter depth and sans handles. We saw this at the CES show and had no idea that this was the one we were going to buy. The refrigerator is solid built and looks amazing. The interior of the refrigerator and freezer fits our needs perfectly. The textured steel does have an abstract look and feel and we truly love it - no doubt The Art of Essence. We also bought the LUTE4619SN Range (delivery in 3 days) to match the refrigerator. Sidenote: The LG Signature Concierge team is one feature we did not know existed. If you have any concerns or questions prior to purchase or after purchase, this team is knowledgeable and helpful and will answer any questions you might have - I have not had any issues with the LUPXC2386N however, it is a good feeling knowing the Signature Concierge team is there.

ABSOLUTELY the worst refrigerator we’ve ever owned. The fan freezes up every 3 months. Takes all day to take it apart to thaw out. The oven that we bought that completed this set is also horrible. Everything burns around the edges. I WILL NEVER buy another LG appliance, and I would not recommend anyone buying one. Unless you are only going for looks stay away from LG!!!!!!!!!!

Be aware! Don’t buy LG refrigerators

I have been a fan of LG products until I purchased LG refrigerator in 2016. It wasn’t cooling even before it was 2 years old and got it replaced with a new model and it broke down again within 13 months. They just haven’t figured out how to make them, won’t be buying anymore LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my purchase of this refrigerator. It is stylish with some very great features. I love that the ice maker is in the door and not taking up shelf space. Everything is very visible. Love the door in a door and how easy the doors close and the auto-open. The doors seemed a little heavy at first but after a while I didn't even notice. It is very spacious. It was definitely a good investment. I had been researching it and comparing it to others and found nothing that compared to the quality of it. I have an older LG that I use in my garage and so I knew I would be buying a quality refrigerator.
