It is on the 3rd floor in a condo, but the only time I notice it being shaky is when it's on the extreme spin which as far as I can tell from how I've used it thus far is only on the 15 min quick wash cycle. I love having that option, I love the anti wrinkle and anti static, as well as the refresh options! It remembers the additional options you used last, which is great so you don't have to add them back in each time. The only thing i would chamge is to make the light inside stay on a little longer, since I sort and hand dry some things it takes a while to clear everything out of the washer. Other than that they have both been excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many things to love about the Electrolux washer (EFLS617SIW). It looks sleek and classy and a bit understated. The controls are intuitive and easy to use - love the dial feature. There are enough features to totally customize your load, but not too many to be confusing/annoying like many washers on the market today. We've had the washer for five months in our new home w/ twin toddlers who are no strangers to dirt - so far the washer has gotten out each and every stain. Love the delay start feature (from 30 min to 12 hours). The speedy 15 minute wash is amazing and useful. The "clean washer" cycle works well - I have only run it with detergent or with nothing (hesitant to use bleach in the machine as I'm afraid it will show up unexpectedly in subsequent loads). Some things about the washer that are less than ideal: 1) buttons are very sensitive so sometimes I turn them on/off accidentally if I'm reaching in cabinets above the washer 2) sometimes it is necessary to scroll through menu options multiple times because I accidentally pass the option I was trying to select b/c buttons are so sensitive 3) the soap dispenser frequently has water left in it after a load - I've found that if I close the dispenser and then pull it open quickly while holding it slightly up it will drain easily 4) dispenser and washer door need to remain ajar to prevent mold (as is the case w/ any other front loader) 5) push-button pedestals take some getting used to 6) chrome doors show lots of fingerprints, but easily shine up w/ damp microfiber cloth. Overall I LOVE this washer and would highly recommend and purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been doing laundry for 50 yrs. for 4 kids 12 grand kids and 7 great grand kids. not so much for the great grand kids as the others. I wish this washer/dryer would have been around 50 yrs ago.This is the best combo I have ever used.
