[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the pair in February. We love how quiet they run and their large capacity. I haven't noticed the clothes being any more clean than previous machines, but perhaps there isn't that great a difference between products.

Finally, a really nice washing macchine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washing machine a little while ago and have not regretted it at all. It is easy to use and spins with such efficiency that the clothes are nearly dry when the final spin is completed.

Problems since one week old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noticed discoloration of gasket after just one week of owning new washer. Gasket turned a greenish color. It was also discolored where water spouts out at top. Contacted company. They replaced gasket stating they had a new material. Second one did the same thing within TWO WEEKS. They asked if they could replace it again. We are now awaiting second one to replace. This did not happen to our last washer. This does not happen in any other water source in our home. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced high end top loader because it was continually going out of balance. We do large loads of laundry from an animal shelter. We could not continually monitor top load machine for out of balance loads, no matter how carefully items were initially sorted and loaded.
