Great gentle washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine cleans exceptional well, using very little water and detergent. It is very gentle on your clothing.
My only complaint is that it is extremely low to the ground. I regret not purchasing the pedestal.

Quality Appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer & dryer set, with the pedestal bases for both. I highly recommend the pedestal bases, they add to the look, and help keep the laundry room organized. These appliances run smoothly and quietly. Two issues I've had are minor, but worth mentioning. The touch button operation on both has a delay to it that can cause some confusion (I've had these for a year now and it still gets me). The dryer lint trap seems to let lint by somehow (it catches plenty of lint, I clean it daily, but I've still had an issue with lint build up in the blower wheel, in the dryer vent line, and exterior baffle cover). Also note that the vent line was replaced with the new appliances. Overall, great washer & dryer. Washes and dries clothes quite efficiently.

Hello, J VA! I am glad the appliances are working out great for you. While your lint filter is made of a fine mesh material to catch most of the lint, it doesn't always catch it all. We recommend having the dryer serviced every 18 months to clean any lint that may have accumulated within the dryer or exhaust duct. Finally, I am not certain which button operation you are experiencing a delay with.
