Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the options. It is so quite, cleans beautifully, takes a large load. The light in the tub helps, I have yet to loose a sock. Also being 5' tall I don't have to struggle to reach to pull the bottom of the tub to get the clothes at the bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only complaint is spin speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint is that we need to use the low spin speed, any thing else causes too much of a vibration in the laundry area.

Ensuring that the washer is resting firmly on the floor, shipping material is removed and the wash load is distributed evenly, can possibly alleviate any vibration matters. Awesome Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't knowledgeable of the Electrolux brand from any prior experience, so I took it on face value as to the review provided by cNet on their website. The unit is hyper efficient, requiring much less water and much less detergent to perform the same level of cleaning. The various wash settings make it easy to manage small or large loads and pick an appropriate cycle length. The control panel is super intuitive and referencing user manual is totally unnecessary. Going to get the dryer soon so I have a matching set.

Nightmare!

In 3 months I have had 4 weeks of use because most of the time I'm waiting on repair company. It has twice broken down and barely gets used as it is at our vacation home. Very disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Perfect Balance as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is loud, vibrating even those it is balance. I bought this because it promised Perfect Balance and quiet and design for 2nd floor. It can not recognise which cycle it is working on. I tried different cycles and spin speed but it only seem spin at very hi spin. On the small load it still use too much power like heavy load that why it is shaking the whole house. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
