Problems from the Beginning

I can definitely tell the unit cleans clothes quite well. However, the drain pump had to be replaced right after I got it. The machine is louder than my old machine when it spins the clothes. When the drain pump was replaced, I was told the sounds were normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Machine with One Design Flaw

The one flaw it has is that the bottom of the door and door closure is designed so that after the spin that's supposed to drain the water and soap somehow some water and soap will stay there which makes it easier for the rubber to become moldy

Please take a moment to ensure the drainage holes in the gasket are not clogged, causing the water to gather. Love My New Washer and Dryer

Performing as promised plus nice features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the gas dryer ceased functioning immediately after delivery, a warranty repair person replaced the igniter and it has worked fine every since. Both the washer dryer perform as promised. They have all the bells and whistles one could ask for!
