[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and drier set in November 2016. I really wanted the large capacity and the washer door that can be switched to either side hinge. We had to have one part on the door replaced after it was switched but it was easily fixed under the warranty. We do about 2-3 loads per day so it gets a lot of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of plusses: "Whitest whites" and steam clean option--really seems to work. Whites are indeed whiter looking after just one wash. The inside lighting is a nice touch, as is the auto shut-off (power automatically goes off. The automatic settings depending on chosen cycle is also nice (and most settings can be overridden). I also like that the optional "extra rinse" sticks from cycle to cycle, without having to reset every time. Big Minus: the spin cycle--at least at the highest speed--is VERY loud and droning. You sure would not want the wash machine spinning when you have dinner guest over. We've had the wash machine about one month--way too early to tell how durable the machine will be over a longer period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features on this machine. It gets my clothes clean and I get to watch it work. The only drawback I have found is that if you wash small loads they will not spin out properly.Wish it had a spin only feature!!
