Great washer

Have had this for over a month. I wash alot or loads as a massage therapist abe sheets have to be clean and ssnitary. This machine does a great job. Controls are easy and user friendly. Machibe is quiet as a moyse. Highly reccommend!!!!

Gets clothes the cleanest and freshest smelling I have ever seen. Easy to use cycles, energy efficient, and doesn't get that normal front load smell! The technology on this washer is second to none, and even links to the dryer for steaming. A definite recommend to anyone looking to upgrade and never have to worry about their clothes getting clean

Best appliance purchase ... ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been searching for a reliable and efficient front load system for years. All of them had significant problems .... until now. Our clothes, towels, and sheets have never been so thoroughly cleaned, most likely due to their new fresh water rinse cycles. Also, we use the sanitization cycle all the time, and it works fantastic. And, on top of getting a washer that actually does the job for large loads, it is QUIET, and with no vibration (we do have the pedestals). Lastly, we have absolutely zero residual moisture or odor problems. Of course, there is the Electrolux 10 year warranty, and that was the deciding factor for our purchase. Again, we cannot recommend this product high enough.

E 11 error, 15 minute fast wash not working,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this machine yesterday. The machine works great when on normal cycle with no added options. I have attempted several cycle options and none will work correctly. I am going to list them all here so that this can possibly be avoided in future machines. 1. Attempted multiple times the 15 minute fast wash cycle got stuck on the 3 minutes in and would not progress any further each time. 2. Attempted a normal wash with the steam function added works for a short while but then stops due to E 11(which means fill time too long). 3. Attempted a normal cycle with the sanitize and this did not progress at all, not even adding any water to the washer. 4. Every other cycle I tried other than normal and the ones mentioned above produces an E 11 ERROR CODE. With all that aside, I know many people who would automatically rate a product with 1 star with these issues. However, I did a lot of research on this product and still believe it is a great machine and that I just happened to get one with a faulty control board or some other issue. I have scheduled for a technician to come out and believe that it will be fixed with few if any additional problems after that. I would like to just add one other thing. I read a lot of reviews with people complaining about the back lights not being visible enough to see what settings are set. Either they have a faulty back light or your eyes need checking. There was no angle or distance I can be at that I can not clearly see the lights.
