Washing Great, but bit noisy

Great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way my clothes come out. Nice and soft.. However, the machine is on the second floor so we purchased the extra base to help with the vibration during the spin cycle. It still vibrates a lot and I have ceilings on the first floor that have cracked. I would recommend putting it on the first floor or in the basement only.
